Hip Hop's, Drake, is pissing off old flames by the droves by "dropping their names" in some of his lyrics if not outright making it obvious as to whom he is talking about.
He says that it is a directly related to his mot coming to terms with his emotions when it comes to unrequited love. Take that as you will.
